Return policy
Microgreens are living, perishable food. Once a tray leaves our farm we can't take it back and sell it again — so instead of returns, we stand behind every harvest: if something is wrong with your order, we replace it or refund it.

For food safety reasons we cannot accept greens back once they have been delivered. There is no way for us to verify how fresh produce has been stored after it leaves our hands, and we will never resell it. Nothing needs to be sent back to us — a photo is all we ask for.
If your greens arrive wilted, damaged, spoiled, or simply not up to the standard you expect, tell us within 24 hours of delivery and send a photo. We will either send a free replacement with your next delivery run, or refund that item in full — your choice.
If we sent the wrong variety, or something on your order never made it into the box, let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We will deliver the correct item on our next run at no charge, or refund it in full if you would rather not wait.
We harvest to order on the morning of your delivery. You can change or cancel an order free of charge any time up to the day before delivery. After we have cut your greens we can no longer cancel that order, because the harvest cannot be un-picked or kept for someone else.
Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time — there is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Pause or cancel before the day of your next delivery and you will not be charged for it. A delivery we have already harvested and sent follows the freshness guarantee above rather than being cancelled.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — the card or PromptPay account you paid with. Once we approve a refund it is issued the same day. Depending on your bank, it usually appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
Send a photo and your order details to info@faitem.org, message us on Instagram at @faitem_, or call +66 94 689 2926. We read everything ourselves and reply quickly — we would much rather fix a bad tray than lose your trust over it.
